Aged Care Compliance Software

Aged care compliance software for every Australian provider.

Statura Care is an aged care compliance platform organised around the Aged Care Act 2024: SIRS aged care reporting, ACQS quality standards evidence, workforce compliance, policy attestation, funding, care minutes, prudential obligations and board reporting. Residential, Support at Home, home care, flexible care and mixed providers get one live compliance view instead of spreadsheets and disconnected point solutions.

Compliance Dashboard

A current compliance view, not an audit-time reconstruction.

Statura turns aged care operations into a live compliance dashboard. SIRS clocks, ACQS evidence, workforce compliance, policy attestations, care minutes, QI data, funding and improvement actions stay visible as they move, so leaders can act before the reporting cycle catches up.

Operational events

Incidents, notes, shifts, care minutes, funding events and workforce checks are captured where the work happens.

Exceptions stay visible

SIRS clocks, overdue actions, screening expiries, roster gaps and evidence gaps surface before they become audit problems.

Evidence builds continuously

Daily records flow into dashboards, registers, board reporting and audit evidence without a separate spreadsheet chase.

The short version

Six obligation areas where residential providers live or die.

Every residential aged care provider carries the same six financially-consequential obligations: funding through AN-ACC, care minutes targets, the mandatory Quality Indicator Program, public star ratings, prudential obligations on refundable accommodation deposits, and accommodation pricing and disclosure. All sit under the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards (which commenced 1 November 2025 with the Aged Care Act 2024) as the underlying compliance backbone. Getting any of them wrong is expensive — clawbacks, civil penalties, late refund interest, or a star rating that sinks the waiting list. Getting them right is what separates the providers compliance managers want to work for from the ones that keep their CFOs awake.

This page is the index. Each pillar below maps to a specific residential obligation area. Click through to see what the legislation requires, where providers commonly trip up, how Statura handles it, and how the live compliance view keeps the evidence trail current before an ACQSC auditor asks for it.

Statura also covers the day-to-day operational work — clinical care, medications, rostering, care delivery — for providers consolidating their whole stack. This is the compliance view. See the operational view if that's what you're here for.

Why legislation-shaped

The website is shaped around the Act, not our feature list.

Every other residential aged care software vendor organises their site around their product — clinical documentation, rostering, billing. We organise ours around the Aged Care Act 2024 and the Aged Care Rules 2025. That's not a preference; it's how CFOs, Directors of Nursing, compliance managers, and governing body members think about their obligations.

On every pillar page, the structure is the same: what the legislation requires, what providers usually get wrong, how Statura handles it, and what the audit trail looks like. If you're comparing vendors, you should be able to put our page on one screen and their page on another and see which one is actually shaped around your obligations — not ours.

Purpose-built vs generic

Residential aged care software that actually knows what AN-ACC and MPIR mean.

Generic GRC platforms need months of configuration to approximate aged care compliance — and still can't calculate an AN-ACC claim or enforce Permitted Uses out of the box.

Common Questions

Frequently asked questions about aged care compliance software.

What is aged care compliance software?

Aged care compliance software is a digital platform that helps registered providers manage regulatory obligations under the Aged Care Act 2024. A complete platform covers SIRS incident reporting, ACQS quality standards evidence, policy attestation, workforce compliance, complaints, restrictive practices, governance, funding, care minutes, quality indicators and audit preparation across residential care, Support at Home, home care and mixed providers.

What makes Statura's aged care compliance platform different?

Statura organises compliance around the Aged Care Act 2024, the Aged Care Rules 2025 and the operational evidence providers need to produce. It connects daily care, incidents, workforce, policy, funding and governance data so compliance evidence is generated as work happens rather than reconstructed for an audit.

Does Statura also cover Support at Home providers?

Yes. Statura covers both residential aged care and Support at Home on the same platform. The Support at Home section at /support-at-home-software has its own hub and 12 pillar pages for SAH-specific obligations. Providers operating across both care types use one login and one audit trail.

Is the Quality Indicator Program really mandatory for residential providers?

Yes. The National Aged Care Mandatory Quality Indicator Program has been mandatory for residential providers since 2019 and has expanded progressively. Providers must collect and submit quarterly QI data using the Department's official definitions. The data flows to the AIHW and feeds the Quality Measures domain of the public star ratings. See the Quality Indicators pillar for the full treatment.

What is the current AN-ACC starting price?

The AN-ACC starting price — the per-NWAU rate used in the variable component of each resident's daily care subsidy — was indexed from $282.44 to $295.64 on 1 October 2025. The total daily subsidy for a resident is the facility's Base Care Tariff plus the starting price multiplied by the resident's class NWAU weight. The starting price is reviewed annually by IHACPA on the Department's October cycle. See the AN-ACC Classification & Funding pillar.

Is Statura Care hosted in Australia?

Yes. All data is stored in Sydney, Australia on Australian infrastructure. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit, and row-level security ensures complete data isolation between organisations.
