Clinical Safeguards

Automated data in. Human review before it goes live.

Webhook data that affects clinical care is never applied automatically. Every record requires human verification before it becomes active in the system.

New clients arrive on hold

When a CRM pushes a new client, they arrive with an “Assessment” status. A coordinator must verify consent and review the record before the client can receive services.

Medications require nurse review

When a pharmacy pushes a medication, it arrives on hold with a “Requires Nurse Review” flag. A nurse must verify dose, frequency, and prescriber before care workers can administer.

Manual entries are protected

If a webhook tries to update a record that was manually modified in the last 24 hours, the update is blocked and a coordinator is notified. Clinical staff entries are never overwritten by automated feeds.

Do I need integrations to use Statura Care?

No. Every module supports CSV import and manual data entry. Integrations automate the data flow, but you can start without them and connect systems whenever you’re ready.

Can I connect a system that isn’t listed on this page?

Yes. Statura Care’s webhook system accepts data from any system that can send JSON. Create an API key, paste a sample export from your system, and our visual field mapper auto-detects fields and lets you map the rest with drag-and-drop. No code required. For systems without an API, CSV import works for any data.

Which pre-built integrations are available now?

Xero (accounting), Microsoft Entra ID (single sign-on), PRODA/Services Australia (funding claims), and GPMS QI (quality indicator validation) are built and ready to activate. How long does an integration take to set up?

Pre-built integrations like Xero and Microsoft Entra ID can be configured in a single session from your Settings page. Webhook integrations with smart mapping typically take 15–30 minutes to configure. PRODA requires a one-time assisted setup where your authorised officer registers Statura Care as a B2B device — we guide you through every step.

Do I need IT skills to set up a webhook integration?

No. The visual field mapper is designed for non-technical teams. Paste a sample JSON export from your system, review the auto-matched fields, drag-and-drop any remaining mappings, and preview the result. If your IT team prefers to build the integration themselves, full API documentation with JSON schemas and example curl commands is available in Settings.
