Are there per-user or per-seat fees?

What about multi-site organisations?
Multi-site providers receive volume discounts based on aggregate bed/client count across all sites: 10% at 200+, 15% at 500+, 20% at 1,000+. Enterprise plans also include a dedicated account manager and custom SLA.
