CHSP has its own operating requirements
CHSP has been extended to 30 June 2029. The government announcement does not establish a universal July 2029 migration date. Providers need to plan for CHSP in its own right, including when the same organisation delivers Support at Home.

- Who is Statura Care's CHSP software for?
- It is for Commonwealth Home Support Program providers, including organisations delivering CHSP alongside other care programs. Statura Care connects client records, agreements, services, contributions, grant oversight and reporting. This is software for provider teams, not an application for care or funding.
- Is CHSP software available now?
- Yes. Statura Care's CHSP release is available for providers. Book a software discussion to review your service mix, reporting pathway, migration requirements and implementation timing. Your proposal will set out the scope for your organisation.
- Does CHSP move to Support at Home in July 2027?
- The government announced on 21 August 2026 that CHSP will be extended to 30 June 2029, with consultation on the longer-term program design. This does not establish a universal migration date of 1 July 2029. Plan for CHSP and Support at Home as distinct programs and check current government guidance.
- Does the software support DEX reporting?
- Yes. Connect service evidence to DEX reporting preparation, reviewed export files and submission-outcome reconciliation. Reporting preparation, bulk upload, direct system integration and external acceptance remain distinct steps. Confirm the submission route for your organisation during implementation; generating a file does not establish external acceptance.
- What about groups, meals and transport?
- CHSP service-specific recording covers individual visits, group attendance, meals and transport. Review actual delivery, cancellations, applicable output units and contribution records, rather than treating every service as an hourly visit.
- Can we use one system for CHSP and Support at Home?
- Yes. Statura Care connects people, care and workforce records while keeping program-specific funding and reporting controls. Your demonstration can cover a shared client, changes to individual services and one program ending while another continues.
