The Support at Home platform for community providers.
Participants watch their budgets and ask why funds are unspent, the same-worker relationship is the loyalty driver, and eight classification levels have to be managed without losing the audit trail. Statura gives coordinators a live view of spend, continuity and compliance — while the work is still actionable.

Why This Is Hard
Support at Home rewards the providers who can see early.
Three pressures define community operations under Support at Home — and each one is a relationship problem before it is a compliance one.
Unspent funds erode trust.
Participants on Support at Home watch their balance grow and ask why. Coordinators who only see utilisation at month-end find out when it is already too late to act.
Same-worker continuity is the loyalty driver.
Continuity of the worker a participant knows is what keeps them. Rostering tools that optimise for cost ahead of continuity quietly destroy the relationship — and the NPS.
Eight levels, one client, one journey.
Support at Home spans 8 classification levels. Reclassifying as needs change — without disrupting the participant or losing the audit trail — is hard when funding and care live in different systems.
What Changes
From monthly surprises to a live view coordinators trust.
BUDGET VISIBILITY
Live spend versus target, by category.
See each participant's quarterly budget, what has been delivered, and what remains unspent — across every service category — as services are recorded. Co-contributions are income tested. Underspend is a forecast you can act on, not a number you discover in arrears.
- Quarterly budget and utilisation visible as services are recorded
- Spend tracked by service category against target
- Underspend surfaced as a forecast while it can still be acted on

CONTINUITY-AWARE ROSTERING
Same-worker preference is a default, not an afterthought.
Statura's rostering weights same-worker continuity by default, so the participant keeps the carer they know. When the regular worker isn't available, the roster broadcasts to qualified staff in priority order — never breaching SCHADS award rules.
- Same-worker continuity weighted by default in the roster
- Broadcast to qualified staff when the regular worker is unavailable
- SCHADS award rules enforced as you roster

SERVICE AGREEMENT LIFECYCLE
Agreements, reviews and reclassifications in one record.
The service agreement, scheduled reviews and any reclassification across the 8 classification levels live in the participant's record. When needs change, the reclassification is captured with its evidence and the audit trail stays intact.
- Service agreements and scheduled reviews tracked per participant
- Reclassification across the 8 SAH levels with evidence retained
- Transitioned HCP clients carried into Support at Home cleanly

How Statura Is Different
Built for Support at Home from 1 November 2025 — not a transitioned HCP tool.
vs broader care-management platforms
One connected operating record where budget, continuity-aware rostering and compliance share the same data — with a live compliance view rather than reporting bolted on afterwards.
vs Procura
Purpose-built for Support at Home as it works from 1 November 2025, including the 8 classification levels and income-tested contributions — not retrofitted from the Home Care Packages era.
vs Visioneerit
Phased adoption: land the workflow under most pressure — budgets or rostering — and expand on the same platform when you're ready.
Pricing
Land compliance first. Consolidate when you're ready.
Home care pricing is per client, per month, with unlimited users on every plan. Prices shown for annual billing and exclude GST.

FAQs
Questions, answered.
How does Statura handle the move from Home Care Packages to Support at Home?
Statura is built for Support at Home as it operates from 1 November 2025 — the 8 classification levels, quarterly budgets and income-tested contributions. Clients transitioned from a Home Care Package are carried into Support at Home with their history intact, so the move doesn't reset the participant's record or the audit trail.
How does same-worker continuity actually work in your rostering?
Same-worker continuity is weighted by default when the roster is built, so a participant keeps the carer they know rather than continuity being sacrificed to cost optimisation. When the regular worker isn't available, the roster broadcasts the visit to qualified staff in priority order — and SCHADS award rules are enforced throughout, so a compliant roster is the default.
What happens when a Support at Home client's classification changes?
A reclassification across the 8 SAH levels is captured in the participant's record with its supporting evidence, and the audit trail is retained. Because funding and care live on the same record, the budget picture updates with the new classification rather than being reconciled separately in a finance system.
Can participants and families see their budget?
Where the provider enables the Family & Carer Portal (included on Home Care Complete), participants and the family members they nominate can see budget and care information appropriate to their access. Coordinators see the live spend-versus-target view so unspent funds are addressed before quarter-end, not after.
Do we have to replace our existing CRM or clinical system on day one?
No. Home Care Compliance Essentials is designed to work alongside the CRM, clinical and finance tools you already rely on. Most providers land the workflow under the most pressure first — budgets or rostering — and consolidate more onto the same platform on a timeline that suits their contracts.
Point tool vs one platform
Support at Home runs on budgets, visits and trust — usually across disconnected tools.
A patchwork of home care tools
- Scheduling, budgets, statements and the worker app from different vendors
- Unspent-funds and contribution tracking reconciled by hand
- Visit records re-keyed from a phone into the office system
- No single view of the client across care, finance and compliance
Inside Statura
- SAH classifications 1–8, quarterly budgets and automated monthly statements
- In-home rostering and a native worker app with genuine offline support
- Means-tested contributions and finance connected to delivery
- One client record across care, finance, family portal and compliance
Best-in-class on its own — and one of seven connected pillars on a single platform. Buying the point tool means buying the integration problem too.
See how the journey connectsMove toward one operating platform, one phase at a time.
Statura is designed to land cleanly inside the way providers already operate. Start with the workflow under pressure, keep the systems that still need to stay, and expand into the broader platform on your timeline. Every phase adds more signal to the live compliance view your leaders use to see risk, evidence and performance in real time.
