Frequently asked questions
I can't log in or forgot my password
Contact your organisation administrator to reset your password. They can do this from the Statura web portal under Staff Management.
The app says my screening has expired
Your worker screening (National Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening, etc.) may have expired. Contact your coordinator to update your screening records. You cannot clock in until your screening is current.
I'm offline and can't sync my data
The app works offline. Your observations, clock times, incident reports, and notes are saved locally and will automatically sync when you regain internet connection. You'll see a pending uploads indicator showing how many items are waiting to sync.
How do I change my PIN?
Go to Profile > Settings and select "Change PIN". You'll need to enter your current PIN first.
My GPS location wasn't captured correctly
If your GPS was inaccurate during clock-in, you can note this in the shift notes. For significant discrepancies, submit a timesheet dispute through the Timesheet screen. Your coordinator can correct the record.
I need to report an emergency
Use the Emergency Procedures screen (accessible from the More menu) for quick-dial to 000, Healthdirect, and Lifeline. For SIRS-reportable incidents, use the Incident Report screen.
How do I report a bug?
Email support@statura.care with a description of the issue, your device type, and what you were doing when the problem occurred. Crash reports are automatically sent to our team (with personal information removed).
