- Receipt and delivery-evidence capture for provider assessment. Reimbursement workflows are a separately controlled part of the proposed scope, not an automatic payment promise.

An example of the intended workflow: a client asks to change an agreed service. The provider reviews the request before it becomes a commitment. Delivery evidence and financial review follow the same arrangement.

Software for providers, not a consumer care package
Choice & Control is being designed to support providers offering self-managed services. It is not a worker marketplace, a client-controlled funding account or a way to bypass provider review.
My Aged Care explains that people can make decisions about parts of their care while care management continues through their provider. Self-management arrangements should be discussed with that provider.

- Choice & Control is Statura Care's planned software for providers supporting self-managed Support at Home services. The proposed scope connects provider oversight with client and authorised representative requests, budget visibility and supporting evidence. It is in development, with release planned for late 2026.
- Is Choice & Control available now?
- No. Choice & Control is coming in late 2026. The workflows on this page describe the planned scope, not features available to use today. Release timing and final inclusions remain subject to build completion and validation.
- Who is the software for?
- The buyer is the aged care provider. The planned workflows are for provider operations, care management and finance teams, with permission-based access for clients and authorised representatives. Statura Care supplies software; this is not a consumer care package or a service for finding a care provider.
- Will clients directly control their funding?
- Choice & Control is not being designed as a client-controlled funding account. It is planned to support service choices and requests within an agreed provider arrangement, with provider review and role-based permissions.
- Will it include a client or family app?
- Client and authorised representative access is part of the design. The delivery approach is still being developed. A separate native app is not confirmed for the initial release, and existing care worker app screens should not be read as a preview of this product.
- What will it cost?
- Final Choice & Control inclusions and commercial terms have not been published. Register your provider's interest to discuss the planned scope. Existing Statura Care plan prices should not be taken as confirmation of this unreleased product's inclusions.
- Can we register interest without purchasing?
- Yes. Registration starts a conversation about your provider's requirements and the planned release. It is not a purchase, a trial account, a reservation or a promise of early access.
