Bring a specific question to your performance review: which home has a staffing variance, which assessments need attention, or which records support a reported figure? Statura Care combines operational dashboards with reports that retain their reporting period and source context.
A headline number is only useful when the team understands what it includes. Review the period, facility and underlying records together so that a change in performance leads to an informed decision.
Operational Overview
Review current client, roster, incident and assessment activity. Follow the relevant module links to investigate the records behind the counts.
Internal Target Comparisons
Compare selected operational counts with the internal targets shown in the benchmarking view. These targets are not national sector averages or Quality Indicator Program benchmarks.
Hours by Facility
Compare scheduled and actual hours for the selected period, using timesheets with a recorded finish. A variance is a starting point for review, not an automatic payroll adjustment.
Payroll Labour Costs
Review approved pay-run items by award, including ordinary pay, overtime, penalties and allowances.
Internal Quality Score
Review Statura’s bespoke quality score for a selected home and period, with recorded history. This is an internal management measure, not the official My Aged Care Star Rating or a forecast of it.
Scheduled Report Review
Configure report subscriptions with a format, frequency and recipients. Review delivery status and recipient eligibility; a saved schedule does not guarantee every report will be sent.

Does the benchmarking view show national averages?
No. It compares selected operational counts with internal targets. These are separate from national Quality Indicator Program data and should not be presented as sector averages.
Does Statura predict our official Star Rating?
No. Statura’s Internal Quality Score is a bespoke management measure with its own methodology. Use the official published rating and current government guidance when discussing your home’s My Aged Care Star Rating.
What should we check before using a report?
Confirm the home, date range, included records and measure definitions. For example, the hours-by-facility report includes timesheets with a recorded finish; payroll labour costs use approved pay-run items. Ask to trace a sample figure during your demonstration.
