Yes. The booking management system handles admission bookings, respite reservations, and room transfers with date tracking, status management, and waitlist functionality. This helps you maximise occupancy and manage respite capacity.

How does visitor management support infection control?

Visitors complete a digital health screening on sign-in, including vaccination verification. During outbreaks, the system provides a complete contact tracing log of who visited which resident, when, and their screening results — supporting your IPC obligations.

What types of activities can be scheduled?

Nine activity types are supported: exercise, social, creative, educational, spiritual, therapy, entertainment, outings, and other. Each activity can be set as recurring, has a maximum participant limit, and tracks attendance — providing evidence of lifestyle and engagement programs for Quality Standard 3.
