Use your home's total and RN targets for the applicable reporting quarter. The 215/44 sector benchmarks are not uniform targets for every home. Apply current worker/activity definitions and any eligible EN flexibility; daily tracking supports review rather than determining quarterly compliance.
Can we monitor care minutes during the quarter?
Review total and RN care time alongside the home's configured targets and reporting period. Investigate missing records and activity allocation before interpreting a variance. A daily planning view is not the final quarterly regulatory assessment.
How do care minutes relate to Star Ratings?
Staffing is one component of the government's Star Ratings. Statura supports review of the relevant care-time records; a provider-facing estimate is not an official published rating.
