This is Statura Care's baseline customer legal pack for Australian aged care providers. It is subject to any signed subscription agreement, order form, proposal, or authorised online acceptance record.

These documents are drafted for Statura Operations Pty Ltd (ACN 696 303 269, ABN 70 696 303 269), trading as Statura Care, as an Australia-only SaaS provider operating in the aged care market.
If a customer has signed or otherwise accepted a subscription agreement, order form, or negotiated customer agreement with Statura, that customer-specific agreement takes precedence over this baseline pack to the extent of any inconsistency.

Commercial position
- The provider remains responsible for care delivery, clinical and employment decisions, statutory submissions, consents, notices, and compliance with aged care, privacy, workplace, and funding obligations.
- Statura provides software and associated support services. The platform may assist with alerts, workflows, templates, calculations, exports, and audit trails, but it is not legal, regulatory, clinical, payroll, tax, or employment advice.
- Liability is allocated fairly. The documents preserve non-excludable Australian Consumer Law rights and privacy-law obligations, while excluding indirect loss and capping most contractual exposure.
- Privacy drafting matches the live product. The DPA and subprocessor schedule are tied to the current production architecture, including Australian primary hosting, website analytics, and the approved third-party services evidenced in the codebase.
