How are users provisioned across multiple facilities?
Staff are provisioned once and scoped to the sites, regions or the whole group they work across. SSO via Microsoft Entra ID is available and configured per tenant, so a staff member signs in with their organisation identity and sees only what their role and scope allow. Role-based access is configurable at site, region and group level.
Can data be partitioned by site for privacy or regulatory reasons?
Yes. Access is scoped by role and by organisational level, so a site manager sees their facility, a region manager sees their region, and head office sees the group. The audit log records access at every level, which supports both privacy obligations and governance review.
How does billing work — per-facility or consolidated?
